Sunday, April 2nd Dinner of the Month: Alaska

First there was the prep:
Seasoned Fresh Halibut Steaks
Pan fried to crispy on the outside, moist and tender on the inside
Moose steak, marinated 48 hours then grilled outside
Fresh steamed green beans
Oven roasted potatoes
Hot berry jam for the fry bread for dessert
Dividing and shaping the fry bread
Deep frying the fry bread
And then dinner is served!
Smoked salmon appetizer
Fried Halibut with a wine sauce and grilled moose steaks on a bed of green beans
